Shipping Policy
We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There is also no minimum order quantity. Therefore, delivery time may take a little longer than you are normally used to!

PROCESSING TIME:
Once an order is placed, we require 1 - 3 business days to process it. This includes packing your order and quality checking to ensure the goods match the size and are not defective.
During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
SHIPPING TIME:
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, delivery takes between 5 and 14 business days.

Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Please double-check your address details, including house number, street name, city, and postcode, before finalising your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, resulting in a failed or returned delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays or additional shipping costs. Should the order be returned to us, customers may be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. If you realise there is an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia. This allows us to provide a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and all orders are subject to customs clearance in your country. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, all orders are automatically processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfilment, and unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible.
