If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you have received, please contact us. At Jules & Josh London, we strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us, and our team will assist you immediately.

How can I return (part of) my order?

If you decide to return your products to us within our 30-day cooling-off period, we will refund the total order amount within five working days after receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of the return shipment.

Follow the steps below to return your product:

  1. Send us an email at info@julesjosh-london.com stating that you want to return your order or part thereof.

  2. Wait for a response from our customer service regarding whether we can accept the return shipment.

  3. If we can accept your return shipment, please do the following:. Package the product to be returned neatly and securely, preferably in the original packaging.

  4. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.

  5. Send our customer service the Track & Trace code.

  6. Once your package has arrived and been checked, we will refund the order amount for the returned products via the payment method used for purchase.

NOTE: The choice of delivery logistics requires the buyer to take full responsibility for the logistics method used for customs clearance. It is important to ensure that the correct customs clearance method is selected, as the logistics method of the recipient's customs clearance cannot be used. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the warehouse being unable to receive the goods.

Customs Fees and Clearance Responsibility for Returns:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply when returning items to our warehouse. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to provide any necessary documentation required by customs to ensure the package clears successfully. Failure to comply with customs requirements may result in delays or the package being returned to the sender. We recommend consulting your shipping provider or local customs office for guidance on the required documentation.

Please be advised that any issues arising from incorrect logistics choices or customs clearance methods are beyond our control, and we cannot assume responsibility for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries resulting from such circumstances.

Products that meet one or more of the following points unfortunately cannot be returned:

For sealed products. Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned. that have been made to the consumer's specifications (custom-made); that are personal in nature; that cannot be returned by their nature; Products falling into the categories "Beauty," "Kids & Baby," "Underpants," and "Sport" cannot be returned due to (COVID-19) hygiene measures.

Cancellation of your order is not possible. Our orders are processed directly into the system, making cancellation no longer possible.

Damaged products upon arrival

What a pity! Unfortunately, your product may have been damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After that, the return period unfortunately expires.

For the fastest solution, send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. The most optimal photos are on a flat surface where the label and the defect are visible. We use this information to assist you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

For defects, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot provide a refund. If it arrives defective the second time, we will refund your total purchase amount.

Returnable Items:

  • We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, washing, or damage. This includes stains, odours, fabric stretching, and other indications of use.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments and swimwear, cannot be returned once tried on.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns of items that have clearly been worn, washed, or used beyond the purpose of trying them on.
  • Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Product faults or defects after use

How unfortunate! Unfortunately, it can happen that a manufacturing defect occurs over time. It must then be a defect. In other words, the part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's prescribed standard. Wear parts are excluded from manufacturing defects. Wear parts include, but are not limited to:

Delivery of wrong products

We do our best to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, sometimes orders slip through the cracks, and we deliver the wrong product to you. Of course, we will resolve this and send you the correct order free of charge.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, all orders are automatically processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfilment, and unfortunately, cancellations are no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you have any questions or need assistance.

Right of return
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or accepted the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Jules & Josh London, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Record for shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the order is placed, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your return.

In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be credited back to the same card or account used for the initial transaction.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the refund destination due to payment processing system limitations. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team to receive the return address and detailed instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a few business days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
